ITK-SNAP

SNAP is a software application used to segment structures in 3D medical images. It provides semi-automatic segmentation using active contour methods, as well as manual delineation and image navigation. The source code for SNAP and binary executables for common platforms (Windows, Mac OSX and Linux) are available for download from itksnap.org.

DTI preprocessing pipeline

This pipeline has been designed and implemented to support the preprocessing of raw DTI data (i.e., in DICOM format) acquired on the Siemens Trio scanner HUP6. The pipeline software and documentations is available for download from here.

DTI ToolKit (DTI-TK)

DTI-TK is a software package designed specifically for supporting both common image analysis tasks for diffusion-tensor images, such as smoothing, resampling, warping, and more sophisticated tasks, including spatial normalization and atlas construction. Click here for more information.
